Upstairs Rental Space - During Business Hours

for the first 2 hours

We have a great party space in the top of our beautiful home. This 900 sq ft space can fit 70 guests or less with a small private kitchen with sink, microwave oven and refrigerator in addition to the rooms of party space.

Rental rate includes some table and chairs. You would be able to decorate, and have ample parking for your guests to have a fabulous event. We require a security deposit that will be returned upon inspection of the room being left in the same condition it was rented. In addition we have deposit to hold the space which is refundable up until 2 weeks before the event. If an emergency happens we can reschedule your time frame on an available basis.

Please take note that the rental time booked should include your set-up and breakdown time. Rates for this private space are the same during business hours and after. *****Note we do not allow outside food or baked goods due to liability reasons and DHEC recommendations)

Downstairs Rental Space - During Business Hours

*For all these options:
-there is a refundable security deposit that shall be returned upon inspection that the room is in its original state.
-beginning and ending time are within the hours Tues.- Fri. 7am to 6pm & Sat. 9am to 3pm
-deposit of the 3st hour price is due 3 week before the date of event

You can rent our Tea Room for a Party of 38 or less with tables and chairs OR 25 with only chairs. We will have the room set up with all of our charming Tea Decor and you do the rest. If you prefer, you can have an ALL Inclusive Tea Party.
Note: If you would like to rent linens, flatware or tea settings please make a notation on the Rental Form below.

You can rent our elegant Pink Room with 36 people or less with tables and chairs or 25 people with only chairs to make a sweet event at Z Bakery. The room will be set up with the tables and chairs you need and you do the rest. We will have our linens available for rent and we have catering as well.

For this option you have access to 4 rooms and downstairs patio suitable for 70 people or less. Have a fun and memorable event in our historic home. Z Bakery would be closed so you have a private party. You would also have access to the backyard, but only until 9:30pm so the neighbors will not be disturbed.
